When I grew up people wanted to avoid war with Russia and Iran at almost any cost. Ain’t it fun how times change?

This may seem obvious but we have to try to stop seeing fellow Americans as enemies. Of course there are bad eggs but I mean seeing an entire party as an enemy, for example, is self-destructive. I believe most people are fairly moderate, it’s just the algorithms amplify the extremes. We can’t let the algorithms trick us into seeing each other through the very distorted lens of social media. We need across the isle summer camps for adults or something. To learn to hang out a bit and humanize each other. Or maybe magic mushroom retreats for moderates?

When AI mathematically proves that homelessness, health care, housing, student loan and a host of other societal ills could be easily solved with the people at the very top paying a little more, that’s when they’ll unplug it.
