Very poor experience with @LibertyGenIns.
Purchased Zero Cancellation insurance via IndiGo,cancelled ticket within eligible period,but no response on claim process.
Customer care is unreachable and emails ignored,
What is the point of selling insurance if claims are not supported

Cancelled ticket as per policy, but facing pathetic
customer service, no replies, no guidance.
Selling add-ons is easy, supporting customers is
not?
This is unacceptable.

Attended #BiggestNYE2026 at HITEX, Hyderabad today. Reached by 9PM, but due to QR/pass scanning failures & zero crowd management, we were kept waiting 45 mins outside. Entry only at 10:40PM, when the event was already almost over. 😑
Show started at 8:30PM, ended by 11:30PM

all we got was 2 DJ songs & chaos. Our passes weren’t even scanned! I have proof of everything.
This is complete mismanagement & negligence.
I demand a full refund and accountability for ruining the experience.
