Banks have lots of money to loan. Everyone knows the rates are coming down. If you have folks that want to borrow money you can get a check.
Uncertainties have dampened the loan demand. Knoxville does get some influence from national forces but stays stable.

Focus on inflation to understand where rates are going. Most people get 3% raises. Reserve job is to keep inflation at 2%. December cut will happen. 2026 will be wild though. Bond markets are kind of pushing back.
