I’ve worked with Hollywood on disability inclusion for years. Here’s the truth: It’s not a talent problem. It’s a habits problem. 🔗 vocal.media/critique/hollywo… #RepresentationMatters

Hey @ryzesuperfoods , my wife has been trying to cancel the subscription she never wanted, but your AI phone system won’t let her do that and also won’t connect her to a human being. Kindly contact me before we get consumer protection organizations involved.

Trump on Wednesday on Strait of Hormuz: “We don’t need it. We haven’t needed it.” Trump today: “Open the fuckin’ strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in hell.”

Trump: We can't take care of daycare. We're a big country. We're fighting wars. It's not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all these things.

I’m surprised he was not struck by lightning for this abomination.
Trump: On Palm Sunday, Jesus entered Jerusalem as crowds welcomed him with praise honoring him as king. They call me king now. Can you believe it?

From Edward R. Murrow’s broadcasts to today, CBS News Radio has been part of the foundation of American journalism. Murrow’s mic sits on display at the National Press Club as a reminder of that legacy. When an institution like that disappears, it’s a loss for the public & for journalism.

It's been two months since the Senate passed the DEFIANCE Act, which would allow victims to sue people who make nonconsensual deepfake AI porn of them, by unanimous consent but the House has not even taken it up for a vote. AOC, Josh Hawley and Lindsey Graham support it.

For those who don't know, legislation almost NEVER passes by unanimous consent in the Senate. That means nobody–NOBODY–objected. Not Tuberville, not Cruz, not Mike Lee. Paris Hilton is lobbying for it. So what's the hold up?

A violent attack on a synagogue is only antisemitism. It is not antiZionism. It is not a principled stance against genocide. It is not a step towards liberation for anyone

yes it will remain Twitter since those (of us) who were here initially have never acknowledged fatuous vulgarity of X & are waiting patiently for the old classier regime to return just as US is waiting, though less patiently, for sanity, decency & competence to return to US.

“arrogance and betrayal” - well if that isn’t projection, I don’t know what is.
This week, Anthropic delivered a master class in arrogance and betrayal as well as a textbook case of how not to do business with the United States Government or the Pentagon. Our position has never wavered and will never waver: the Department of War must have full, unrestricted access to Anthropic’s models for every LAWFUL purpose in defense of the Republic. Instead, @AnthropicAI and its CEO @DarioAmodei, have chosen duplicity. Cloaked in the sanctimonious rhetoric of “effective altruism,” they have attempted to strong-arm the United States military into submission - a cowardly act of corporate virtue-signaling that places Silicon Valley ideology above American lives. The Terms of Service of Anthropic’s defective altruism will never outweigh the safety, the readiness, or the lives of American troops on the battlefield. Their true objective is unmistakable: to seize veto power over the operational decisions of the United States military. That is unacceptable. As President Trump stated on Truth Social, the Commander-in-Chief and the American people alone will determine the destiny of our armed forces, not unelected tech executives. Anthropic’s stance is fundamentally incompatible with American principles. Their relationship with the United States Armed Forces and the Federal Government has therefore been permanently altered. In conjunction with the President's directive for the Federal Government to cease all use of Anthropic's technology, I am directing the Department of War to designate Anthropic a Supply-Chain Risk to National Security. Effective immediately, no contractor, supplier, or partner that does business with the United States military may conduct any commercial activity with Anthropic. Anthropic will continue to provide the Department of War its services for a period of no more than six months to allow for a seamless transition to a better and more patriotic service. America’s warfighters will never be held hostage by the ideological whims of Big Tech. This decision is final.
