The doggo has learned to spot cool geology. Here, she's found some boss SSD forms on the underside of an upturned block of Permian Cutler Gp. sandstone along Shafer Road. Each load cast is a couple of feet wide! Good girl.

The "Little Sahara" erg west of Nephi, Utah is an active dune field of reworked Lake Bonneville deltaic deposits with some dunes ~700' tall. It's also currently covered in fresh snow, making it a doggy wonderland. @BLMUtah
