Ferma takes inspiration from the comforting nature of high street favourite Greggs, combined with the doughy perfection of your favourite artisanal pizza spot.
The result is a spread of sweet and savoury bakes using pizza dough, which makes for optimal pastry firmness, flavour and golden colour.
The line-up will change weekly, but you can expect to see things like marmite muffins, Cornish calzone and mini Detroit pizzas. That birria sausage roll is well worth a try, and you can still enjoy the original Foldies - folded pizza base sandwiches - offering too.
