I caught a spectacular sunrise Wednesday morning on my walk
Finally snowed a bit here in Burlington, Vt and was 14° that morning. I was grateful to experience this. To think this sight goes on all the time and most of us miss it. I’m glad I didn’t

New Year's Day 2024, first time since moving to Vermont in '98, there's been no snow to speak of so far this winter. 26 degrees out so decided to start the new year out right with a little ride!

Yesterday, it was bitter cold her in Burlington, Vt. The lake was ANGRY. But still managed 3 miles on my walk, heated gloves, Admiral Byrd jacket and all!

Took a "me" day today and built up this '90's vintage Gianni Motta Columbus SLX tubed frame direct from Italy. I swapped all the Campagnolo parts over from my similar era vintage Colnago Lux Master that has served. me well for 1000's of miles. Can't wait!

Thursday, I'm have DBS surgery to help improve an essential tremor I've had in my hands for over a decade. It's only getting worse & I've tried all options both medical and non. It's a bit daunting getting your brain drilled into, but hoping for the best
