Along with 12,000 others, I was laid off by Google on Friday. This was actually more-or-less by design. I told my manager in late November that I was going to leave Google in early 2023. Here’s why & what I plan to do next. 1/19

Hey @QuickBooks My school's PTA account is in collections due to an invalid payment method, I updated it but just wasted an hour with your support team being told you can't rerun the payment now, I have to wait for a scheduled process next week and might be disabled anyway. Help!

Hey @united! UA1464 landed @ Newark ~8pm, stuck on tarmac waiting for gate for 2.5 hrs, b/c you departed 90min late, b/c your plane was late all day. I tried to message you on your app but it wouldn't connect. How are you going to make this right for all of us stuck on board?

So we got to a gate and off the plane about 10min before the 4-hour cutoff. This photo tells the tale, except it fudges the real arrival time. I checked my watch and we walked off the plane at 5 to midnight. Nice job, @united.
