Loved learning pharmacology from Dr. Lemmens. These are his formulas propofol dosing for high BMI pts: LBW for induction, 70*(TBW/70)^0.72 for infusion ("allometric scaling). What do y'all use? @stanfordanes pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2114…
