So I use @OpenTable to book a restaurant with my rewards that used to be worth $100 but now only $60. The restaurant has no idea how to use the coupon. I contact OpenTable chat and get this message. Looks like the customer prevention system is working perfectly. #fail

Hey Ross @DouthatNYT , I’ve had a lot of respect for your work. But this one nytimes.com/2023/06/10/opini… just seems lazy. Maybe you should take a hint from another Ross @rosscoulthart and do a good bit of research before blasting your opinion to the world

In his 20s, my dad opened a restaurant. It did over 6 mil in year 1 (in 2022 $). But he had a crappy lawyer and the property owners cancelled the lease and took it from him. It was a hard lesson he never forgot. #solopreneurs, always get good #legal #advice

OK, one time I signed a reseller agreement for tech we needed for our SaaS product without reading it carefully. 3 days before it was set to auto-renew, they terminated. It was devastating to us and our customers. I never made that mistake again.

This is BRILLIANT! Heimat is a combination gym and coworking space. What a way for #solopreneurs to stay healthy physically and mentally. Hopefully, they'll build more. heimat.com/

Apple is moving into advertising. I wonder, will this only benefit big business or can #solopreneurs use it to reach their target customers? Interestingly, #Apple did this before in 2010. Here's Steve Jobs introducing iAd youtube.com/watch?v=q7WVt63S…
