So I use @OpenTable to book a restaurant with my rewards that used to be worth $100 but now only $60. The restaurant has no idea how to use the coupon. I contact OpenTable chat and get this message. Looks like the customer prevention system is working perfectly. #fail

In his 20s, my dad opened a restaurant. It did over 6 mil in year 1 (in 2022 $).
