that's how someone sent funds to my @gtbank account and the money isn't reflecting in my account yet their website is saying the money has been credited to my account issorite

So my wife had a medical emergency around 1 am yesterday and had to order @UberNigeria @Uber in the middle of the night. The driver took us to the hospital, helped us till we got in and DID NOT COLLECT THE FEE FOR THE TRIP!!!

Someone transfered funds from @UBAGroup @UBACares to my @gtbank_help @gtbank but because my account at the time had issues, the person initiated a recall... the recall is still standing on my GTB account despite sorting the issue with the person now I can't access my funds

10 days later, neither @UBAGroup @UBACares nor @gtbank @gtbank_help have been able to resolve my issue. GTB is even worse as their customer care service is below par. Just to verify that the UBA customer has cancelled the reversal instructions has turned to a big deal

that's how @gtbank block my savings account for over 3 months and after utilising all their customer care channels including visiting their branch and calling my supposed account manager there isn't any solution just wow

That's how @HygeiaHMO_ told the hospital not to give me a particular drug that they'd send it to me... after 5 days I called @HygeiaHMO_ asking them how far... Alas, I was told to purchase it and request for a refund! See how they are playing kite with someone's health issorite

For a while now @gtbank and @OfficialSquadCo have been tossing me back and forth over my blocked savings account... after countless visits to a branch my account is still blocked maybe @fccpcnigeria should kuku settle the matter

So that's how @Uber_Support tried to charge me for a trip that never occurred and @chippercashapp charged me for a failed transaction... now here's the funny part I DIDN'T BOOK UBER!!! plus Uber is the only card I have on my chipper card
