I’ve had a FOIA request in for RFK Jr’s calendar since last September. Still no response.
RFK Jr. claimed his calendar, including meeting details, is public. But those records have not been released by HHS — despite more than a year of FOIA requests from @statnews reporters. More on the state of transparency at HHS, w/ @ChelseaCirruzzo statnews.com/2026/06/11/rfk-…

The biggest political mistake the AI industry could make is assuming public trust can be bought. Appreciate @johnofa using Blue Rose Research's recent AI polling and the Center for Shared AI Prosperity's work here. nytimes.com/2026/06/11/opini…

Replying to @SecKennedy @nytimes
The Times set out to examine Secretary Kennedy’s leadership and management style in light of numerous vacancies within the Department of Health and Human Services and concerns internally about his detachment from key issues and officials. The secretary declined an interview request and did not address detailed questions before publication about his approach to running the department. This article is based on conversations with a dozen people who have worked directly with Mr. Kennedy during his tenure as secretary. We are confident in our reporting.

Xavier Becerra has always been a champion for physicians and patients. He helped write the Affordable Care Act, and as HHS Secretary expanded health coverage to 24 million Americans. 1/2
Congratulations to @XavierBecerra on advancing to the November general election. California’s future depends on leaders who will expand access to care, not move us backward. As threats to health coverage and health care funding grow, Xavier Becerra will be the health care governor California needs, standing up for patients, supporting physicians, and building a stronger, healthier California for all.

I reported last month that @johnofa, one of the first partners at Andreessen Horowitz, left his role at the firm due to political disagreements with Marc Ben. Today, he's expanding on that in a column in NYT. "Some of the most powerful players in A.I. — led by some of my friends and former partners, to my great sadness — have raised hundreds of millions of dollars to forestall a more serious and meaningful debate about how A.I. should be governed." nytimes.com/2026/06/11/opini…
