Training for the 2026 Berlin Marathon started today! Coach Bennett said, āBeing alone doesnāt mean you are lonely, and being lonely doesnāt mean you are alone.ā WOW! Iāll be thinking about that all day. I am THANKFUL that even though I was alone on this run, I was not lonely!
