Pay and conditions are important to retain talent in such a competitive market. The review bodies provide that independent challenge comparing across sectors and I look forward to their findings in the coming months.
We have submitted evidence to the Police Remuneration Review Body and the Senior Salaries Review Body for police officer pay.
