Biden in a written statement: "What America saw today was the Kamala Harris I know and deeply admire."

"To everyone who is watching, do not despair," Harris tells her supporters. "This is not a time to throw up our hands but to roll up our sleeves."

"The outcome of this election is not what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for," Harris says as she concedes. "But hear me when I say the light of America's promise will always burn bright as long as we never give up and as long as we keep fighting."

The White House confirms Harris’ concession speech plans: At 4:00 PM ET, the Vice President will deliver remarks at Howard University. The Second Gentleman will attend. These remarks will be pooled press and open to pre-credentialed media.

On CNN, @davidplouffe said that after reviewing latest EV data, ED projections & how undecideds are breaking, “we have a credible pathway to all 7 states" to go for Harris, "but we think they’re all going to be close.” You think you could win all 7? “Yes," Plouffe said.

Voters who have made up their minds in the last two weeks of the campaign are “breaking to the vice president,” @jomalleydillon tells reporters. And/but “we believe this race is going to be incredibly close we may not know the results of this election for several days.”
