CFC Chair Tim Klompmaker and staff Yves Ruel presented to the House Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food this week. On the agenda was the importation of broiler chicken meat mislabeled as spent fowl, with CFC again emphasizing the need for a DNA testing solution to combat these fraudulent imports.
