It’s the Town to Beauport race tomorrow. 15k of fun. First boats set off at 10am. Spectators will get a good view from Noirmont, Portelet Common or Beauport Bay itself, where we will be rowing anti-clockwise round the rock ⁦@JEPsport⁩ ⁦@ITVChannelSport⁩

A long training row for the Nippy Five today. #JerseyCI They won’t be in the Sark2Jersey next Saturday but are hoping to make it to Carteret at the end of July. Some crews still need a guardboat for 1st July. Fuel costs will be paid by the rowers.

Samples of sea water from various sites in St Aubin’s Bay, taken on Friday, have confirmed the quality to again be “excellent” on the EU Bathing Water Directive scale. The “no swimming” advice for the bay has been lifted with immediate effect. Signs will be removed asap.
