@RogersHelps - Here’s an idea to make critical wireless access more robust: Work with smartphone mfr’s to allow customers to connect to other carriers’ signals. If we could have connected to the Telus signals nearby, life would not have been so tenuous…

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!
