Seriously, brushing someone on the sleeve with your hand is now assault? What an insult to all the people who suffer actual assaults every day. I've known Medea Benjamin for 30 years. She is fierce and super annoying to some folks, but she is not violent or close to it.
TMZ obtained video of the incident from CODEPINK, where Rep. Luna says a protester assaulted her.
