That was then (when would-be authoritarians mostly didn't say the quiet part out loud) This is now (when one would-be American authoritarian in particular says the quiet part out loud every single day) You know this, Tom, & it's pretty fruckin' lame of you to repost this BS post.
The God of late night TV explains one of the secrets:

And the SICK SIX have done it again -- in the words of Justice Sotomayor: "this Court now intervenes to grant the Government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied." nytimes.com/live/2025/06/23/…

DJT is 79 years old today & the U.S. Army is 250. Seventy-nine is 31.6% of 250. In 2028, DJT -- if he lives that long -- will be 82 -- 32.3% as old as the Army -- very nearly one-third as old. Let that sink in for a minute. Then consider: he wants a third term. Dems, please...

If, somehow, DJT gets to run for a third term, Dems should nominate Obama

BREAKING: A federal judge delivers a crushing Friday defeat to Donald Trump by blocking his attempt to ban Harvard University from enrolling interntional students, calling it a "blatant violation" of the Constitution. And it gets even better... "Revoking Harvard’s certification is unlawful many times over," wrote U.S. District judge Allison Burroughs. "It is a pillar of our constitutional system that the government cannot 'invok[e] legal sanctions and other means of coercion' to police private speech, especially when the government’s treatment is animated by viewpoint discrimination." "The government’s effort to punish the University for its refusal to surrender its academic independence and for its perceived viewpoint is a patent violation of the First Amendment," she added. The ruling comes after Harvard filed a complaint this morning in Boston federal court, arguing that Trump's ban would have a "devastating effect for Harvard and more than 7,000 visa holders." International students constitute roughly 27% of Harvard’s total enrollment. "With the stroke of a pen, the government has sought to erase a quarter of Harvard’s student body, international students who contribute significantly to the university and its mission," the lawsuit stated. Judge Burroughs stated that the temporary restraining order is necessary because otherwise Harvard "will sustain immediate and irreparable injury before there is an opportunity to hear from all parties." She has set a May 29th hearing to consider a long-term block of Trump's clearly illegal actions. "We condemn this unlawful and unwarranted action,” said Harvard's president Alan Garber. "It imperils the futures of thousands of students and scholars across Harvard and serves as a warning to countless others at colleges and universities throughout the country who have come to America to pursue their education and fulfill their dreams." Trump's attack on Harvard's independence is one component of a broader fascist strategy to assert MAGA control over every aspect of American life, from manipulating the economy with his tariffs, to polluting the arts with his takeover of the Kennedy Center, to undermining the legal system with weaponized lawsuits against major law firms. The attack on international students also fits neatly within Trump's xenophobic playbook, allowing him to exert power over our universities while simultaneously demonizing foreign-born individuals. Please retweet and ❤️ to thank the judge!

If real, this is brutal. How do the marks not get that the mean, ugly, denigrating joke's on them? Could it be more obvious?
I was bitterly disappointed to learn that this email Trump sent me today takes me to a donation page.
