99% of people are a lot more invested in their club than the nation.
Iβd understand fans of a top 6 side that win a fair bit, but I think most lower league fans would much rather see their club grow/win something.
^When you take into consideration loyalty & commitment.
Call me a weird twat, but Iβd much rather see England win the World Cup than any kind of club success. Iβd love to experience the joy of a whole country celebrating rather than just my own clubβs fanbase.
