🚨 Lebanon death toll surpasses 1,000 as strikes continue nationwide
Lebanon’s Health Ministry said at least 1,001 people have been killed and 2,584 wounded since the start of Israeli attacks, according to official figures released March 19.
At least 33 people were killed and 152 injured in the past 24 hours alone.
➤ 804 men, 79 women, and 118 children are among those killed
➤ 1,805 men, 414 women, and 365 children have been wounded
➤ 5 hospitals and 42 ambulances have been hit, along with 18 civil defense centers and 68 health facilities
➤ 40 healthcare workers have been killed and 107 injured, according to the ministry

The “not falling into the ‘defund’ trap” stuff is especially cynical and dishonest because ICE’s funding TRIPLED in 2025. Making the argument that ICE needs to return to its pre Trump 2.0 baseline is a call for a 66% “defunding”. This would be both very reasonable and popular.

New from @SearchlightInst: Don’t fall into the “defund” trap. Unless you truly believe that the US should not have an agency that enforces immigration and customs laws within our borders—a scenario that would massively increase illegal immigration and empower right wing reactionaries like Trump—don’t say abolish ICE.
Instead: Reform and Retrain.

✅ No masks
