@POTUS - My dad’s immigration using I485 which should have taken 3 months has still not been decided after 16 months with responses that don’t inquire for another 6 months. Can you help speed up I131 approval so he can go outside if needed rather be prisoner till decision?

If your USCIS is really busy to review, then shouldn’t they approve the Advance Parole part so people can leave USA without abandoning their application after already waiting for 16 months?
