Great reminder especially at this time of the year…
What a perfect way to help us take a step back and consider a different perspective on behavior! I’ll never forget when I heard a leader say “he’s not giving you a hard time…HE IS HAVING A HARD TIME.” It’s so easy to take negative behavior personally. Take time to reframe.🥰

“There is no district in the United States that has had stronger AP outcomes this past year than Leander Independent School District.” What an incredible honor!! Huge, immense thanks and appreciation to all who make accomplishments like this possible every single day - our students and educators, Deans of Instruction, principals, admin teams, and the Leander ISD Educational Excellence Foundation. There is #noplacelikelisd. It’s different here. 💙💛💙💛

“…in exchange for creating voucher program…” Public education should be a priority on its own. 5.5 million kids and thousands of educators deserve better than being used as leverage for a political agenda. NO VOUCHERS. NO ESAs. NO DEALS. Fully fund our public schools!
From overnight — #HB1 has landed — Texas House priority bill increases education spending in exchange for creating voucher program texastribune.org/2023/10/19/… #txlege
