Words matter.
Just like toothpaste, once they’re out, you can’t put them back in the tube. The way we speak and treat others leaves a lasting impact. Whether it’s with kindness, empathy, and understanding, or with negativity that diminishes dignity.
If we slip up and the “toothpaste” is out, it takes time and effort to repair the harm. But it can be repaired.
Let’s choose words that build people up, not break them down. Every interaction is a chance to show care, respect, and humanity.

My goodness. Portage Public Schools you were incredible!!!! The band was unbelievable. The new Superintendent walks out 2 educators from when he was a kid to show the impact. The staff in the room was totally locked in…phenomenal. THANK YOU for the trust!! I had a blast!!!
