If you’re... Jumping, landing, decelerating, eccentrically loading, lifting, training on 1 leg, etc.. Then you don’t need to spend $120 on an ACL Prevention clinic. ACL prevention SHOULD just be apart of your program...not a separate program.

Imagine having 2 of the world’s top strikers (way younger) score twice… And on the same day you steal the spotlight at 38 years old to score 3x?

I’ve been a little quieter on social media due to the amount of coaching happening in person. Rest assured… The work is being put in👇 Summer is off to a HOT start 🔥🔥

Those who know… know… This is freakishly athletic. Yes on a pad but still a great RSI jump. @Plyomat

🏆Remote Athlete Shoutout🏆 Huge shoutout to Madison Taylor on winning the 2026 Tewaaraton Award and a National championship with NU! What an incredible honor to be recognized as nation’s top women’s lacrosse player. This is a testament of your hard work on the field, and weight room throughout your career to be able to compete at your highest possible level! So proud of everything you’ve poured into this throughout your journey! Keep shining!

A lot of s&c/performance professionals only know how to work with stud athletes (who were studs before training with them) and it shows.

Weakness precedes injury. It’s actually a difficult claim to validate with research but I found a piece that did it. Those who had a peak isometric force of 1.8x bodyweight (on a single-leg) went on to injury their calf or Achilles. Those who had a peak isometric force of 1.92x bodyweight stayed healthy. In elite sport, with the fear of Achilles ruptures, it’s wise to check the box here and test peak plantarflexor force. bjsm.bmj.com/content/58/Supp…

So unbelievably proud of this kid. As good as he is at hockey, he's a better human. One of THE BEST. Congrats on a great career. 🫶🏼🫶🏼 @SchroederSports @HockeySchroeder @NextLevelSCNY @Natevank19 @JoeAratari @mikemoon_nlsc @GeneseoHockey
5 years, 297 games played, 134 points, 10 game winning-goals, and so much more. In the rink, in the locker room, and off the ice, Conlan Keenan has been a pillar of Walleye Hockey. He made it his mission to have an impact beyond the arena and in the community of Toledo, spreading joy, lending a hand, and inspiring the next generation. Thank you, Keens, for 5 amazing years, and congratulations on your retirement 👏

Speaking in general terms and experience, most HS/college MALE athletes tend to try to do all their training on their own / with their buddies at the local gym. To be fair, MOST can probably do a decent job on their own getting stronger and packing on size if that is their goal, especially if they have a decent training age. However, FEW do a good job solo of training for speed, power, agility, acceleration, mobility, etc… even putting together a well balanced program. The best thing you can do if you have the means is to DROP your ego and work with a coach, even if just for a few days per wk!

When you weigh 115lbs and you pull 250lbs for three reps 👀👀 Relative strength for the win! There’s a huge reason why this girl is one of the top basketball players in the area as a sophomore 💪🏻
