Exited to finally share more about this passion project I've been working on for a while: Simple Page is a tool for publishing on Ethereum!

I’m launching /omnifs today. /omnifs is a projected filesystem that turns APIs, services, and data sources into local files and directories you can read with ordinary tools. It is a bet that the filesystem is still the most durable interface in computing.

With the new version of NeoMist you can easily explore all existing apps published on Ethereum! Search is better, and there are now curated apps per category.

I made a meditation app that is probably not for you. Been using InsightTimer since 2017 tracking my meditation, but in migrating to GrapheneOS it was time for a change. InsightTimer has gotten filled with a bunch of BS features I didn't ask for: social, teachers, podcasts...

It also uses google play services, and refuses to start without them. So surely someone built a simple open source meditation timer that integrates with Health Connect for tracking? Nope, not even close. Alright I got fed up and built Daily Sitting.

I see a lot of wallets drifting away from their core offerings into perps, coin launchers and even visa cards but it sucks that they aren't prioritizing making the web3 UX better for the users first this is where @walletchan_ shines

When was the last time you compared consensus checkpoints with a friend?

Ethereum's "weak subjectivity" tradeoff always seemed bad for end user to me. Who is going to really check that weird hash somewhere? But I think I solved it with NeoMist, using a similar pattern to how you'd compare security codes on Signal. You get a visual representation of the latest checkpoints, and can compare them with your friend to make sure you are on the same chain!

New ERC: Contract-Hosted Application HTML Contract serves own dapp via html(). Wallet fetches via same call it already trusts, so UI lives in same channel as the bytecode. Live demo: 0x000000000000888741B254d37e… < Make Apps Decentralized Again >

Next version supports fully onchain apps through ERC-4804. Input fields handle web3:// directly. Clickable links on websites can use "web web3://" due to browser restrictions. Extended ERC-4804 to also support .wei domains for good measure.

I've been waiting years for somebody to make this. It's not a huge market but I believe it's still an important product to exist!
