Leg 1 return - 2345 Copenhagen Airport to Hamburg, overnight sleeper, should arrive around 0549. We will be woken at 0318 at the German border for identification checks.

Leg 7.5 - a complete f up by me, jumped on the tube at Kings Cross thinking it was the Hammersmith & City, no it was the Metropolitan Line π€¦ββοΈ

Leg 7 - arrived on time, that's 7 out of 7 so far. Next leg tube from St Pancras to Paddington. Lunch was fab on board the Eurostar π₯°

Leg 6 - Brussels Midi to London St Pancras, so far so good. Took me just 20 minutes to clear security, EU immigration & UK border force.
This is the most critical service to meet.

Leg 3 - OsnabrΓΌck Hbf to Amsterdam, the internet is fast for public transport, best I've experienced in Europe, I can actually do some work and catch up on admin. also nice comfortable first class seat with wireless phone charging #umbraco #greentrack #codegarden

I have arrived at Hamburg, the first time for me, no middle of the night banging on the door by German police checking identities. Waiting for the next service to OsnabrΓΌck Hbf. Managed to order a chocolate croissant in German! π #greentrack #umbraco

Early start. Last week I was awarded a @codegarden ticket from @umbraco for their #greentrack initiative. The condition was that I travelled by train. As I love a challenge, I'm travelling on 8 legs from Reading to Copenhagen. I'm going to do it (π) in around 20 hours.

Leg 7 of 8 - Hamburg to Copenhagen, almost there, the longest leg (journey time) of 5h20, I'm on the awful DSB long distance diesel trains where the sockets are mounted under the racks.

Leg 5 of 8. 0925 Brussels to Cologne. Arrived and departed on time. Really convenient connection, arrived on platform 4, walked over to 3.

Leg 4 of 8 - Eurostar London St Pancras to Brussels Midi, a journey of under 2hrs. An advantage of a train over a plane, you can take your drinks through security π₯° secondly, from getting my coffee at 0530, I'm in my seat at 0554. #greentrack #umbraco
