This morning we were at the @MV_Chamber annual veterans breakfast. Bill Kelly of Veterans Northeast Outreach Center was the featured speaker and then our good friend Ralph Basiliere was presented with the Sgt Johanny Rosario Pichardo Memorial Award. Wonderful event all around!
