I posted this about 6 months ago, well worth a look if you haven’t seen it!!
Let’s have a deeper look at the paint evidence used against Jeremy at trial. It was alleged that Jeremy and Nevill had fought over the rifle in the kitchen at White House Farm. The sound moderator struck the mantle shelf and red paint was transferred to the sound moderator during this struggle. We can see however that the evidence used at trial is fraudulent. Below are a few pieces of evidence that show this. We can see that on the 25th of September 1985, multicoloured paint flakes were embedded in the knurled pattern of the sound moderator from the forensic report. Interestingly, on the 13th of August 1985, there was no multicoloured paint flakes on the sound moderator record on the forensic report.
We can see in the photograph that the scratches supposedly made by the sound moderator were not deep enough to remove several layers of paint. These scratches have only just took the top layer off. We can also see that no debris or paint was on the floor under the mantle shelf on the morning of the shootings. We can clearly see that in the photograph. So where did the paint come from?
We can see that Essex Police took a paint sample supposedly from the mantle shelf (under the yellow sticker in the photograph). We can see that this paint sample does incorporate the multicoloured paint that was supposedly stuck to the sound moderator after the 25th of September, but not on the 13th of August. We can also see that the paint sample consisted of 250 paint flakes some as big as 18mm. However, DI Ron Cook said the sample was only a “thumbnail size sample.” We can see in the photograph that the yellow sticker would have to be much bigger to accommodate such a large sample. Photographs now with the CCRC shows exactly where Essex Police got the paint from, and it wasn’t where they stated it was. Nobody has ever checked to see if the any paint was taken from under the yellow sticker. Jeremy Bamber is innocent! 41 years of injustice.
