You can take the boy out of Yorkshire.... Like: music, food, cats, friends. Work: Local Government Research. Hobbies: Chess, DJing, baking. All terribly.
I'm going to be honest I am a teensy bit concerned that Oxford Town Hall may be hosting someone completely mad, if not also rather racist. Are we OK with telling Jews the Holocaust was their own fault and theirs alone? Am I missing something?

Right who wants a map of places in Britain which are also hymn tunes? @theabingdontaxi@WalkerMarcus maybe?
Wrong hymnal for you two but it's the one I could find already available as a spreadsheet. I imagine the overlap is very high.

What fun can we have with this dataset this year? How about... every pollution measurement in every location in 15 seconds?
I'm taking requests... @rail_guns
Air pollution in Oxford continues to fall, according to the 2024 Air Quality report issued by the City Council today. NO2 pollution fell 10% from 2023 levels, and 24% on the High where electric buses made a big difference. Levels in LTNs and their boundary roads also decreased.

Who is the person on here who does reimaginings of car-dominated street scenes as what they could otherwise be, possibly with some help from AI? I have a suggested location if they're feeling bored/generous. Feel like I've seen them retweeted a lot by cycling twitter.
Anyone got any theories as to why opening an Adobe PDF on my Google phone now requires me to sign my phone into the Microsoft account from my laptop?
What business is it of theirs and where is the "no thanks" button? Feels scammy.
