Brazil is not dollarized. 0% of bank deposits are in USD. 3.4% of Brazil's government debt is USD-denominated (this is very small %). BRL is a top 10 global currency by M2 and needs a world-class BRL stablecoin to power the inevitable transition to digital asset rails.
