He’s winding down the war and looking for an off-ramp but will blow up all their power plants unless they open the Strait which we don’t need and will open itself anyway which is why he might send ground troops to the country he already blew off the map.

Everything is perfectly clear. Iran could not be allowed to get a nuclear weapon, which they have been months away from developing for well over a decade. Also, Trump is the only president who could have kept us out of war with Iran, as he himself repeatedly told us. So we destroyed their nuclear capabilities, which Tulsi said they didn't have, in 2025. Then we attacked them last month because Israel was going to attack them because they were months away from developing a nuclear weapon since we destroyed their nuclear capabilities, and that would lead Iran to attack American bases. Iran has never posed a threat to the United States, but we had to attack them first, not because of Israel, but because they posed an imminent threat to the United States. Fortunately, we have won the war, which was not a war but a special operation, in Iran now several times in the last two weeks. It is basically over but might not be over for some time because we already won. We also don't need anyone to help open the Strait of Hormuz, which we knew they would close, which is why we didn't prepare, and we now need allies to help open. What are you guys not understanding?
There are many false claims in this letter but let me address one specifically: that "Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation." Ā  This is the same false claim that Democrats and some in the liberal media have been repeating over and over. Ā  As President Trump has clearly and explicitly stated, he had strong and compelling evidence that Iran was going to attack the United States first. Ā  This evidence was compiled from many sources and factors. President Trump would never make the decision to deploy military assets against a foreign adversary in a vacuum. Ā  Iran is the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. The Iranian regime is evil. It proudly killed Americans, waged war against our country, and openly threatened us all the way up to the launch of Operation Epic Fury. Ā  Iran was aggressively expanding their short-range ballistic missiles to combine with their naval assets to give themselves immunity – meaning they would have a degree of a capabilities that would give them immunity to hold us and the rest of the world hostage. Ā  The regime aimed to use those ballistic missiles as a shield to continue achieving their ultimate goal – nuclear weapons. Ā  The President, through his top negotiators, gave the regime every single possible opportunity to abandon this unacceptable course by permanently giving up their nuclear ambitions in exchange for sanctions relief, free nuclear fuel, and potential economic partnerships with our country. Ā  But they would not say yes to peace because obtaining nuclear weapons was their fundamental goal. Ā  President Trump ultimately made the determination that a joint attack with Israel would greatly reduce the risk to American lives that would come from a first strike by the terrorist Iranian regime and address this imminent threat to America’s national security interests. Ā  All of this led to President Trump arriving at the determination that this military operation was necessary for U.S. national security, which is why he launched the massively successful Operation Epic Fury. The Commander-in-Chief determines what does and does not constitute a threat, because he is the one constitutionally empowered to do so - and because the American people went to the ballot box and entrusted him and him alone to make such final judgments. And finally, the absurd allegation that President Trump made this decision based on the influence of others, even foreign countries, is both insulting and laughable. President Trump has been remarkably consistent and has said for DECADES that Iran can NEVER possess a nuclear weapon. As someone who actually witnesses President Trump’s decision-making process on a daily basis, I can attest to the fact that he is always looking to do what’s in the best interest of the United States of America — period. America First.

A year ago we were supposed to be getting $2,000 rebate checks, DOGE was going to find $2 trillion in waste to balance the budget, we were going to pay no income taxes because tariffs would pay for everything, gas & home electric bills would be cut in half, and no new wars.

Israel didn’t face an existential risk, it faced a growing Iranian missile deterrent which threatened to constrain its ability to bomb whenever it wants. The threat it faced was to the complete freedom of action to which it now feels entitled.
Cotton: "Israel faced an existential risk and they were prepared to strike Iran alone. If that happened, Iran was very likely to target our troops. That may address the question of 'why now.'"

The F-15 ā€œfriendly fireā€ claim is either *lie* or a US command failure. But something is OFF. After talking to experienced military sources, here’s how we KNOW the reporting is cover: * Kuwait uses three types of air defense system: >Patriot >Improved HAWK >SHORAD A SHORAD type air defense would not reliably take down an F-15. An improved HAWK *could* hit an F-15 BUT because a hawk requires constant radar illumination, the pilot would be alerted to the lock by radar detection, could deploy chaff, activate ECM, and take maneuvers against it. So a hawk striking 3 planes is deeply unlikely. The Patriot system can reliably strike targets like an F-15, and so we know it’s likely this was the system used. * Patriot systems rely on multiple ID types to engage a target: >Radar track behavior rules (it only shoots at things that act like a missile) >IFF signature (a broadcasted automatic signature between fighter craft and ground systems) >Link-16 (an integrated system for IDing friendlies in the air space, that is shared via integrated command) >Air tasking order data (the equivalent of an issued flight route) * F-15 broadcast an IFF that Patriot batteries can detect when the proper encryption key is shared with allies. * Kuwaiti Patriot batteries support Link-16 integration with US data when properly shared. * Our agreement with Kuwait to operate regionally requires sharing all Air Tasking Orders in their air space. * After a single friendly fire joint emergency command orders would need to be shared with Kuwait. In order for Kuwait to hit 3 F-15 with Patriot friendly fire in one night would require ALL of the following: * We didn’t share IFF encryption keys or ID data with them, or were not broadcasting IFF. * We did not share Link-16 data with them, or Link-16 broadcast capabilities were destroyed. * We did not share Air Tasking Orders with them. * We did not share emergency alerts with them after the first ejection took place. * The area was under extreme barrage of missiles FAR more than reported. * There was no AWACS data sharing, or no higher level C2 node integration, or these were damaged. So either: 1) We made an operational decision to ignore our standard practices and leave an ally in the dark, not share data and risk American lives OR 2) The Iranian attack was *far* more successful than the US let on, and damaged critical ID and comms infrastructure of US assets in Kuwait. Either way, we are not getting the real story from the US side here. People with contacts in Kuwait, or active command, should be asking serious questions about this blunder. As it likely points to a gaping hole in US defense that puts our service members at serious risk!

A snapshot of the Bucs grades. Very interesting variance…GM A-, head coach B (Bowles also gets an A- for DC), B for OC, B for position coaches, A for strength coaches (they just made a ton of changes). But ownership, team travel, locker room, dining facilities did very poorly

That’s at least two franchise tags coming, with George Pickens getting one from the #Cowboys, as well.
The #Falcons are planning to franchise tag standout TE Kyle Pitts, sources say, keeping their playmaker in the fold on a 1-year, fully guaranteed deal worth more than $15M. The hope is to work out a long-term deal rather than the tag. The two sides have until July to do it.
