Very disappointed in @TheRangeUK my daughter bought and attempted to put together a garden set for her first home, many parts missing, including the table!! Customer service answer...... you can have 20% refund!!! This would not even cover half of a replacement table.

@Menkind my grandson saved for months to buy a drone, he chose your store in Hull to buy from, 12 days ago. In all of his excitement he has lost the receipt, and the drone only got to lift of the ground twice, and then stopped working. Would he be able to exchange please?
