Then due to massive public outcry over the extremely light sentence, once the judge determined he had forged his own letters of support, the judge resentenced him to 16 years. He appealed the sentencing to the ND Supreme Court. He was released 2 days ago for good behavior. Bismarck North Dakota’s judicial system is broken, and it is disgusting that this despicable animal is back in society, let alone still breathing the same air we are. 😒
