@LEGO_Group I very rarely post anything like this on here, but what you’re doing with this Smart play system is disgusting and blatantly greedy. My son has saved up his allowance for a smart play set for weeks, and we get home only to realize that the smart play characters in the box will only work with a smart brick that *surprise* is not included in this set.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING $80 SETS WITH SMART PLAY PLASTERED ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX IF THE PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK WITHOUT SPENDING MORE MONEY?!
Horrible, horrible business/product decision. Whoever was convinced this was a good idea should be fired.
