Latest robotic iron analysis piece for @GolfDigest takes a look at 2026 players-distance irons.
The data revealed there's a clear top three and surprisingly few trade-offs between distance and consistency at the top end. ⬇️

Speaking of recent J.T. Poston gear changes at Colonial, he also made the move to @Titleist Pro V1x Left Dash the same week.
Poston spoke to Titleist reps at the PGA Championship about testing some different options that could handle windy conditions.
Recent swing speed increases had led him to notice an overspinning on iron and full wedge shots.
Tested Left Dash and current V1 at home, before narrowing it down to Left Dash following work with tour rep J.J. Van Wezenbeeck on the Colonial range.
Was 85th in SG: A prior to Colonial. At Memorial he was 2nd in SG: A ( 8.081) and T4 in GIR.

Another win for @TaylorMadeGolf Spider. This time it’s J.T. Poston with the recently released Spider Tour X Torched. Made the switch to it at Colonial.
TaylorMade led the Memorial putter count with 20 in play — with 19 being Spiders.
