Alright, weird prediction but the personal website comes back hard in the next two years. When every feed is AI-generated mush, a corner of the internet that's verifiably one human's brain becomes super valuable again.

In 5 years (maybe 3), half the products we build won’t have a UI. They’ll have an API and an agent that talks to it.
It’s becoming clearer by the day.

The more I build stuff the more I realize that the feature nobody asked for that drives the most signups is almost always an integration. People don't want your product. They want it to work with the thing they already use.

I've been a little worried about AI eating into content and newsletters. So instead of sitting around worrying about it, I built an MCP server for DailyPhotoTips.
Now a photographer can ask Claude or ChatGPT a photography question and get an answer pulled from 7 years of my content, plus the calculators and tools I built (depth of field, golden hour, star trail calculator, that kind of thing.)
If AI is going to be the interface people use, I'd rather my stuff be inside it than fighting it.
Was a fun little project, and honestly might be where content distribution is heading.

Made some improvements to @preflightsh, my little open source CLI tool.
It catches leaked secrets, broken configs, expired SSL, missing SEO tags, security gaps, and 75 misconfigured services.
You can now sign up for an account and keep a record of every scan you've run in your projects. It also gives you AI suggestions on how to fix whatever it catches.
