Long snappers, Those entering the college level this year, hear me out. It is very likely you’ve never been coached in high school by a legit ST coordinator. Your snaps, technique etc never charted. Everything is overlooked unless a poor snap happens. Be prepared to be under a microscope every day. Every rep, every block, every step is evaluated. You will be required to be coachable and adapt to any change a coach asks. This can be a very overwhelming transition. Many guys will cave because they have never felt this pressure. This is why a snapping coach is vital to your development and having someone prep you for what is coming. That is why I’m here to help 🤟

Here is a P4 ST coordinators approach to recruiting long snappers. POINT SEVEN FIVE snap at 14 yards. Don’t buy into the stop watch hype of .65 this and that. The biggest scam in the long snapping world is the click of a finger. But what do I know 🤷‍♂️
