As Americans watch their liberty slip away, we still celebrate the deeds of men who realized that the colonies of 1776 "ought to be Free an Independent States," and believed that the only solution to their problems was to sever all political ties to their tyrannical central government.
They dedicated their lives, fortunes, and sacred honors to this idea, even while knowing they would be branded traitors and insurrectionists for doing so.
In 2023, we live under a government far more oppressive than the American founders did. We still recognize the right to alter, abolish, or withdraw from your political system is non-negotiable. We will never shy away from it, or apologize for it. It's THE crucial part of our heritage we're celebrating today, and the ruling class can never take it away from us.
