Cervical cancer will be almost eliminated in coming decades if HPV vaccination rates are high in children.
In England HPV vaccination coverage in schools is rising again but still below pre-pandemic levels. Please encourage children to get protected.

Would love to see this happen - not a huge football or Liverpool fan, but gifting a terminally ill man a chance to fulfil a life regret would be amazing
Sven-Göran Eriksson “I always wished to be manager of Liverpool, and that will not happen.”
If he’s well enough, the #LFC legends game is a must ❤️

As a GP trainee I had to do 6-8 weeks on a Special Care Baby Unit
At that point, I was a qualified doctor for 7 years
I will always be grateful to the Neonatal ANPs that I worked alongside
They were experienced, sensible, supportive and knew their limitations
There weren’t enough paediatric registrars to fill the rota but that didn’t mean the neonates stopped needing special care
We shouldn’t under-estimate our advanced practitioners. The continuity of care they can provide in the context of rotating junior doctors is invaluable
