I have never had this happen before but I purchased a hard copy of Sonic Superstars. My kids just opened today for Christmas and...there is no cartridge in the case. It was sealed from the retailer (Walmart). Please help make this moment right.

@sonic_hedgehog I am following up on a Game I purchased for Christmas that didn't have a game cartridge inside the sealed game case from @Walmart. They were going to try to help but decided to say kick dirt. Can you help with making this right?
