Loads of SDRs used tp engage with my #linkedin content. Since the algo change, only fellow middle-agers do, reach has plummeted, while useless posts (selfies, motivation) crush. Middle-aged connections say they're experiencing the same. Does Linkedin's algo have an age-bias?
