Many people find theories intimidating, and it’s easy to see why. Theories often come with complex concepts and abstract ideas that can feel overwhelming to understand. They sometimes challenge our deeply held beliefs or make us question long-standing assumptions about the world

The uncertainty and ongoing evolution of ideas can also create discomfort, as they remind us that knowledge is never fixed. But theories are powerful tools for making sense of the world and pushing us toward new ways of thinking.

A CiteScore is a metric used to evaluate the impact and quality of a scholarly journal. It measures the average number of citations received per document published in the journal over a specific time. This metric is similar to Impact Factor but is calculated slightly differently.
