THE HOLY LAND: Where does the term Holy Land come from? It comes from The Bible. God himself calls Israel "The Holy Land." This passage of the Bible may have had at one time a partial fulfillment but this passage is futuristic as well because it's a promise that The Messiah will come and dwell in Jerusalem. Israel is also called Zion and THE CALL FROM THE 4 WINDS (HASN'T FULLY HAPPENED) & THE CALL FROM BABYLON (fulfilled after the return from Babylonian captivity) Naming the Holy Land "Zion" The eternal call for the glory of God to come against those who plunder Israel. The glory is the abundance, the dignity, riches, splendor, honor, reputation, reverence and all that is God that cannot be shared with anyone but God and cannot be duplicated. God, according to his glory will come against all who "PLUNDER" ZION ( or as some say ZIOS.) PLUNDER - to come in and take (pretty easy to understand and sure enough they have all come to an end.) Whoever touches ZION touches the Apple of God's Eye. TOUCHES- to touch, attack, approach, to cause to touch, to reach and to strike. APPLE OF THE EYE- the pupil. This was for Israel, Judah and the Jews but extends to the church. It is an eternal principle. The pupil is the absolute most sensitive part of the eye that regulates the amount of light coming in and aids in enlarging or shrinking images looked at. This verse applies to all who are or who will belong to God. Acts 9:4, where Jesus says persecuting Christians is persecuting Him personally).In short: It's a vivid way of saying, "You are extremely precious to God, and He will not let attacks against you go unanswered — it's personal to Him."Anyone who harms or attacks you (My people) is harming the most precious and sensitive part of Me — it's as if they are poking Me directly in the eye. This shows:How deeply cherished God's people are to Him (like something irreplaceable and tender). THE PROMISE TO DWELL IN THE MIDST This is only partially fulfilled. Jesus dwelt among us for only 33 years in bodily form. He still dwells with us now. John 1:14 says The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. But the Bible tells us he's coming back. Guess where he's coming back to? He's coming to ZION. (LOL LOL. YES, TO US ZIOS.). The promise is to dwell eternally. Jesus is coming back and he's going to rule FROM JERUSALEM. That's why the Muslims in Jerusalem have blocked the eastern wall. They KNOW the PROPHECY. (LOL. 🤣🤣 ). They think they can stop him. SOME OF THEM WILL ALSO BE SAVED. Many Muslims have been saved already and turned to Jesus with their whole heart. Of course they are no longer Muslims and they are also chosen. THE HOLY LAND- God in verse 12 is a promise not completely fulfilled. It's the day Jesus returns. He returns to take possession of HIS HOLY LAND. He will take possession of Judah and AGAIN CHOOSE JERUSALEM (for those who say he no longer chooses Jerusalem.). Oh yes, he will and he goes on to say. PARAPHRASED: KEEP SILENCE BECAUSE HE IS AROUSED. This is where the saying, "Let all the earth keep silence before him" comes from. Don't think for one minute when you see all the chaos against ZION that God isn't aroused. Oh he is aroused and as sure as the sun rises and sets he will come. He will come and make all things new! Many nations will be joined to the Lord. The people will consist of Jews and Gentiles. "They shall become my people." WHO ALL WILL BE HIS PEOPLE ON THAT DAY? Let me ask you an important question: "Do you know who will become his people? Are you him or are you the judge? Are you his people?"
