I'm 24.
A year ago, I spoke at a $50,000 mastermind on audience growth.
Today I'm giving it ALL away for free.
A thread on everything you need to know to attract millions of followers online:
Facts will emerge, but it seems highly likely to me that there was pre-existing friction between this team and the authorities.
My experience is that Northern Canadian police etc use a LOT of common sense applying/turning a blind eye to some more, and some less, daft rules.

Whoa! Where did the time go? Jake and I have been reviewing plenty of pieces of gear recently - I'll add links. For now, here's a review of the Mountain Equipment Helium Warmzone 3.8 sleeping mate...

12km done. Aston hill was a little cheeky.
1 week ago I was diagnosed with a torn labrum in my left shoulder (apparently, shoulder pressing 60kg with no warm up ain’t good for you 🤣). Yesterday I had a cortisone injection to relieve the pain.
A slow and steady 5 km. My knees were aching today, and I suppose I can only expect that after 13 years of jumping out of planes for a living AND deciding to take my worn out trainers for one last run before I send them to the great ultra marathon in the sky.
Yesterday was amazing; this evening was warm and humid, and I feel like I can grow mushrooms in the various crevices of my body. But you didn’t need to know that.
A run in the rain - feels good to know the British summer is now in full flow!
.
Another 7km in my Brooks Caldera 6 and I have to say I’m loving them. Tempted to buy a pair of ATR Challenger 7s to add to the mountain of running shoes in the hallway. I am cursed by temptation.
Run along the Ridgeway, up Crowell hill (ouch, haven’t run up there for a while), and through the woodland.
.
The countryside is beautiful right now - signs of summer closing in.
.
A steady 6km.
My Garmin seems to giving some erratic readings at times as it was showing a 12 min per km pace when I was moving pretty fast. Has ‘someone’ been tampering with GPS?
.
Time to start planning my next big cold weather trip…

Whoops! The greenery is starting to get a bit long, plenty of nettles hidden amongst the plants!
.
On the plus side, I hit double digits today… 10 km run. Happy.
.
What a beautiful day. Feels like it’s going to be another cracking summer.

A pleasant jaunt through the fields around Chinnor. Beautiful day for a run.
.
Almost trampled by a herd of mischievous bullocks!
.
Sitting on my arse doing nothing day (aka rest day) tomorrow.

Another early run - 0640 (again, my body’s demand for coffee stalled my starting time…).
.
Today I decided to run a double hill - a long sharp rise rise, followed by a dip, then straight into another lung tickling climb hence the 🤮.
.
Continued…
I ran about 75% of the first hill, walked the midway point for about 200m, then raced up the second rise.
.
Rather pleased with the result as I haven’t covered those hills for quite some time.
.
Day off tomorrow.

The plan to out the door at 0530 slipped a little. Coffee was too tempting.
.
Tomorrow…
.
What a beautiful start to the day; warm and breezy weather only second best to running in a torrential downpour.
