I lived in Bangkok for 1 year, in the Wattana area (in my opinion, the best area for Expats), but now I want to share the best restaurants in the area, which I recommend to everyone who will be in the city:
1. "Omi Beef OKAKI since 1839" - This is an inexpensive cafe with a large selection of wagyu where you roast yourself. The best combination of price and quality
2. Tiengna Viennoiserie - incredible delicious breakfasts and European pastries
3. AVRA - A restaurant with Greek and Georgian cuisine. An absolute favorite is the mini khinkali with truffle sauce chicken gyros
4. MENSHO TOKYO - Best Ramen in BKK (Japanese chief who has 2 Michelin stars at his rest in San Francisco)
5. Sushiro - delicious, varied and fresh sushi is cheap - the main feature of the plate is delivered by rail
6. Sam Gyup Sal - Authentic Korean barbecue, mostly locals and Koreans. Unlimited food for 350THB with no time limit
7.Chinatown district - street cafe with Hong Kong noodles for 100THB - Super tasty (definitely a hidden gem)

100% as I said, kayvon really wanted to sell the company and talked about the Foundation that this is the gem they need

Foundation as a company failed. The prior ownership was shutting down the platform, as it did with Rodeo. We were misled about certain aspects of the company's operations; once they were under our control, these issues became clear, and we canceled the transaction.
Community note
Blackdove is currently in a legal dispute with the original owners of Foundation. Any statements by either party should be seen in that context. The specific allegation against the seller - that they misled Blackdove - has not been substantiated with public evidence.

There’s a plausible strategic breakdown behind the @Blackdoveart - @foundation situation.
From the outside, it appears that Kayvon may have overcommitted on key growth assumptions during negotiations, particularly around collector-side demand and platform traction. Backdove likely entered the deal expecting an ecosystem with active liquidity and engagement — but during due diligence or early integration, they may have realized the platform’s collector traffic was materially below expectations.
At the same time, it’s simply not the best environment to be deploying capital or spreading liquidity across new bets due to the war in the Middle East.
When it became clear that the deal would not go through, Kayvon reacted impulsively — disconnecting Foundation from its servers in the heat of the moment. Following public backlash, the access was restored later
