Why is this allowed and not singing or choral music in a huge cathedral? The music inside a pub near this scene at London Bridge was, according to my friend, so loud that the people inside were shouting at each other to make themselves heard. There is no consistency in all this.

From grassroots gigs to festival summers, live music is one of the biggest industries in the UK and accounts for over 200,000 jobs, many now under threat. Once venues are gone, they're gone.
