Have thoroughly enjoyed the AFLW analysis of the last few weeks from this gang.
The below on increased wages linked to increased scoring is obvious within the playing cohort and wider player movement, but nice to see it picked up here.

Daisy Pearce and Erin Phillips represent two very different, but equally worthy versions of women in footy pre-AFLW. Erin pursued other sports after being told no, Daisy raised the standard of the then-VWFL to force the AFL’s hand. Two outstanding people who I am grateful for.
