Nuvei will acquire Payoneer $PAYO for $7.40/share in cash, valuing the deal at ~$2.75B.
The combined company is expected to generate ~$3B in annual revenue and process $500B in annual payment volume.
The deal expands Nuvei into cross-border payouts, multi-currency accounts, treasury, FX, cards, and embedded financial services.
